Delete your Match Loop account

You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

1 Delete it in the app

The fastest way, if you can sign in:

  • Open the Match Loop app and sign in
  • Go to More (or Settings)
  • Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account
  • Confirm — re-enter your password and type DELETE

Your account and data are removed right away.

2 Request deletion by email

If you can’t sign in, email us from the address on your account and we’ll process the deletion for you:

Please send it from your account email so we can verify the request. We’ll confirm once it’s done.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and login
  • Your profile — name, email, phone, photo
  • Your availability, lineups, and makeup votes
  • Teams you own and all of their data — rosters, matches, schedules (and every player’s data on those teams)
  • Messages and notifications to or from you
  • Any active subscription is canceled

What may be retained

  • Limited billing and payment records, kept only as long as legally required (tax/accounting)
  • Security and abuse-prevention logs, as legally required
  • Some historical team or match records may remain in de-identified form — no longer linked to you
